City-scale vehicle routing platform for Lahore Waste Management Company. Clarke–Wright savings algorithm on top of PostGIS + FastAPI, operator UI in Vue.js. Delivered ~100K liters/month fuel savings across Lahore.

Built a routing service that consumes live bin-state updates, applies Clarke-Wright savings for daily route generation, and serves route plans to a tablet UI for drivers. PostGIS for spatial joins; FastAPI for the service; Vue.js for the operator console.
Rolled out across all LWMC depots. Verified 100K L/month fuel reduction in a six-month field evaluation. Complaint volume dropped ~22%.
